1.1. These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as “ToU”) set forth the terms and conditions for the use of the service provided by Erinnie Consulting Ltd. (located at Petőfi Sándor út 4, 3728 Kelemér; hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”) through the website erinnia.com: https://erinnia.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).
1.2. The term “User” refers to any natural person, legal entity, or unincorporated organization that visits the Website, views its content, and becomes acquainted with it. By engaging in this behavior, the User accepts and acknowledges the ToU as binding, thereby entering into a contract between the parties. The use of the Website’s services creates an electronically concluded agreement in accordance with Act CVIII of 2001 on certain issues of electronic commerce services and information society services, as well as Government Decree 17/1999 (II.5) regulating the same.

1.5. 2.7. The use of any system or solution that aims to allow or result in unauthorized use of the Service or the interruption of the servers used for operating the Service, or that otherwise jeopardizes the proper functioning of the Service, is prohibited.

2.9. The Service can only be used within the framework of applicable laws, without infringing on the rights of third parties and the rights of the Service Provider, and in compliance with these Terms of Use. If due to the User’s behavior or in connection with it, a third party, authority, or court raises any claim or initiates legal proceedings against the Service Provider, the User is obliged to take all measures required by the Service Provider and compensate the Service Provider for any damages, financial loss, and costs incurred as a result of any unlawful behavior of the User or in connection with it.

Erinnie Consulting Ltd. reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use.
